Should I send SAT scores early?

So basically I took the SAT in October and I don't feel like I did very well at all, however I don't think I can afford to play for the Nov test so I'm basically stuck with whatever score I got.

The college-board is offering to send 4 free (which will save me a lot) if I send them before I actually see them though I think I'd be lucky if I even hit the 1700 mark :1

Should I send them anyway? This is the second time I've taken the SAT and it's gotten me all depressed about my results.

Even if I did somehow find the money can a bad SAT score really break my chances? Should I sell my soul to sit the Nov test?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

If you are not going to retake SAT, why not submit the score to the school for free. If you are planning to retake before applying to some schools, then just put down some safeties or schools that want all scores anyway.
