Should I send teacher recommendations?

<p>I'm a student from the US and McGill greatly appeals to me. I know they don't look at extracurriculars and mainly focus on stats/transcript/test scores, but should I send in letters of recommendation as well? Would admissions officers actually consider them or are they more likely to completely ignore them?</p>
