My composite SAT scores are:

CR: 650
Math: 750
Writing: 580 (10 essay)

The ACT scores i just got are:

Total: 29

Reading: 23 (not a fast reader)
Science: 30
Math: 32
Writing: 29
Essay: 10

I don't plan on taking anymore testing cause I'm honestly tired of them. I applied ED already with my SAT scores only. If ED doesn't go well for me, should I use my ACT scores for my RD schools?

also not sure how subscores work but my reading subscores were 14 and 10 and my writing subscores were 16 and 14.

Also a side note, I'm going into science for college, but I'm only taking Biology Subject test and I think I'll score around a 600.

ideas?

Depends on where you want to go. I'd study more for biology (or take a subject test that you're better at). I'd also try the Math II since you seem to be pretty good at math. Then I'd send just the SATs since they are slightly better on a direct conversion chart.

So probably don't send my ACT scores?

Heres my guess on my subject test score:

Math IIC: 760
Math IC: 780
Biology: 600

Again, I won't be taking any more test.

I don't think it would really hurt all that much to send the ACTs, but I don't see it helping you all that much either, so it's really up to you. I would definitely send the SATs though.

Your ACTs are slightly lower according to a direct conversion chart, but I don't know if the conversion chart is completely accurate (colleges may not use a direct conversion chart).

my percentile looks pretty good though

writing percentile is at around 92%
science is at like 97%
reading is only at 65%
and math is like 98%

and these are national percentile. Thats why I'm thinking if I should send them in or not. I'm applying to JHU, cornell, NYU and some other schools.

hmm, when Adcoms see a 23 ACT reading score and a 650 reading score, how do you think they would analyze these score. Would they just think I'm a slow reader?
