should i send these sat subject scores?

just wondering if these scores are good enough to send in to boost my app for william & mary (or the other schools im applying to for jan 1-uva, vanderbilt, washu)

i know that w&m doesn't require them....or even recommend them, but if they will boost my application i thought it might be in my benefit to send them

spanish w/ listening-720
literature-710

i also got a 700 on world history...and also i retook lit this month

even though the spanish score is a pretty low percentile, that's taken into consideration bc im not a native speaker, right?

anyways...will these scores make me more competitive, less, or not really make a difference? thanks!

well, IMO they definitely won’t make you less competitive (at any of the schools you listed), so at worst they won’t help.

Your scores are very good. Good enough that, like the previous poster said, can’t hurt you. I would reccomend submitting them. I did not submit my SAT subject tests, but they were lower than yours. I don’t think those scores can hurt you!

As other posts said, they certainly cannot hurt you but if you don’t submit them, the absence of them won’t hurt you either.

Any 700+ SAT II subject test score is considered very good and far above average so submit them if you like. We realize though that reporting these scores does cost you money which is why we don’t require or recommend them…we just don’t want anyone to feel compelled to spend more money on this process than is absolutely necessary.
