i know that a 32 is the 75%ile at vassar for the ACT, and that's what i got, but here's the deal: my SAT is a 2190 and i have a 12 on the essay. my ACT essay is an 8. what should i do?

anyone? 10char

Your SAT and ACT overall scores appear to be similar, so I guess your question is whether to send the ACT to prove you can write a good formulaic essay. I don't see why it would hurt to send both scores, but it probably doesn't matter.

Both are fine scores. I would send both. It is not clear that the writing portions are considered very heavily at Vassar, as of the last info session I went to a few months ago, but it can't hurt.

hmm ok i guess i'll send both. thanks for the advice

Yes, send both.
