Should I sign up for SAT Reasoning test or Subjects tests?

So I made the mistake of not taking subject tests besides biology, and now I'm faced with a dilemma. There's only one more test date I can make, and that is December 6th. I've taken the SAT twice and my highest is 1930, and my parents want me to try again in December to get above 2000.

The dilemma is if I should take Math Level 2 and Chemistry subject tests on December 6th, or try the regular SAT again. Would an SAT (hopefully) over 2000 with just one subject test (biology) look ok? Or would a 1930 SAT with several subject tests look better? I'm seriously at a loss as to which would be the better choice right now... If I take the SAT, there's a chance I won't get over 2000, and then I'll have only one subject test. But if I choose to take the subject tests, then I won't have to worry about getting a better SAT score, and I'll have 3 subject tests.

I'm mostly worrying about UC's, like UCLA, UCSB, UCD, etc.

Some schools require at least 2 subject tests with the SAT1 so if you need at least 2 subject tests then you have no choice but to take another… If this is not the case for your schools (and subject tests are optional not required or recommended) I would go for a better SAT1 because the subject tests would be optional and you want to maximize your required SAT1 score.
