Should i stay in Industrial Engineering?

Hey, I'm studying at FSu. I'm almost done with my gen ed and i´m starting to doubt my choice in engineering. I'm planning on applying to other universities this Fall. a) because i want a new environment b) because i wanted a better engineering school. My goal since i was young was to live abroad so i thought engineering would be the easiest route. Like a lot of people im interested in consulting, but not only because of the pay. I'm a people-oriented person who finds it very easy to get strangers to trust me. Most of my friends consider me to be argumentative, manipulative( usually win board games by influencing other people's decision), but overall trustworthy. To the people around me i seem to be the person that's got my shit together, which obviously i don't since im here.
In respect to my major, i think i just picked engineering cause i thought of the opportunities. If you ask me i think i would've loved to be a lawyer but its hard to move to another country being a lawyer, and it's really expensive. So im basically trying to find a major that could lead me to a job which requires debate, and some sort of prestige. Money is somewhat important , since if i do manage to do fine in life i would still like to get a law degree later on . I picked industrial engineering because i felt like it was a luxurious job that is the mix of business and engineering. I basically picked engineering because im good at math and science, and have always been on honor roll.i also picked engineering because if somehting doesnt make me think then i get demotivated . I need a job that makes me brainstorm. I was planning to take a masters in Engineering Management . Now im in the fence whether IOE is right for what i hope to achieve in my life. Other subject that interest me are public relation and behavioral psychology. I know this sounds like a rant , but i guess my question is do you think ioe is right for me based on what i said , or can you think of another major that'll help me out in my goals :
1. moving
2. possible consultant or similar job that requieres arguing, and constant thinking (problem solving)
3. possible law degree later on.
Thank you
