The first time I took the SAT I got a 1950,
math: 710
critical reading: 710
writing 530

and the second time i got a 1960
math: 740
cr: 670
writing: 550

Should I submit both tests so they are super scored or submit only 1 of them and if so which one?

It depends on which school you are applying. For those accept superscore or request all scores, send them both. For those who just consider the best single sitting, perhaps the second one. Nevertheless, most school would consider your best score even if they don’t superscore. In other words, I don’t see a reason for your to pay extra for score choice.

You don’t really have that much to lose by sending both since they’re only 10 points apart. Check if the school superscores.
