Should I submit my ACT or SAT?

I don't have to submit both, and I can't decide if I should sent either my ACT or both of the scores. Here are the scores

ACT Comp- 29
Math-31
Science-28
English-30
Writing-26

SAT (I actually had the flu this day, I know they are bad- you try taking a test fighting vomit! I chose not to take it again because I hated this test so much.)
Math-650
Writing-560
Reading-530
Overall- 1740

Your ACT score of 29 is equivalent to a SAT CR+M of 1300—about 120 points higher than your current SAT CR+M of 1180. You should definitely go with the ACT.

I think you should send in both. It wouldn’t hurt. But I agree with bclintonk, your act scores look better on the relative scale.

Just your ACT. Both because of the higher equivalent ACT score and because the CR is very low on the SAT but not on the ACT.

Yeah I realized that sending in the SAT could ONLY hurt me because my ACT converted better in every area. I went with the ACT only.
