Should I submit my application now?

<p>I'm planning to apply to University of Pittsburgh, but unfortunately my transcript will not arrive over there until November 1st. Should I just submit my application, or should I wait until my transcript arrives at admissions?</p>

<p>I would just submit it now just in case, since Pittsburgh uses rolling admissions. I think as long as your transcript is on the way it’s fine!</p>
