Should I submit SAT or ACT?

I have a 1270 (630 R/W, 640 M) best single sitting SAT and a 1290 superscore (650 R/W, 640 M), with an 18 on the essay on both. I have a 27 ACT (32 E, 27 M, 23 R, 24 S) with a 23 on the essay. Most if not all of my colleges superscore SAT. Which one should I submit?

They are basically the same score so do either or both.

27 act converts to 1290 on new sat so basically the same. your choice
