So, I’m thinking about taking a twelve-day summer SAT prep course (for the new SAT) at this private school, keeping in mind that I will be taking the PSAT in October and the real one in the spring. First of all, the reason I’m thinking about taking it now is because I want to become a National Merit Scholar- which I know means that you have to do well on the PSAT. Also, I can’t take it next summer because my family is going to see their extended family for the whole entire summer. If I don’t take the course, then I will probably take a whole bunch of practice tests in those huge books. Also, money isn’t a huge problem since it is only $75 through financial aid- but it would be better to spend that money somewhere else if the course isn’t going to help me.

Why are you hesitating? It’s a great time to take it. Do they offer it during the school year too?
