im a sophomore in high school this year. i took bio honors my freshman year and am currently in chemistry honors.. i have been talking with my guidance counselor and planning my classes for the next two years. But i have a problem, my junior year i plan to take physics honors and Ap chem at the same time as an elective. . I can keep up with classes relatively well and get good grades in class and on tests for the most part. I want to take ap physics my senior year, should i take ap bio online my senior year as well? or just not bother with it? Bio has never been something i really enjoy and i dont know if it will benefit me in any way, any advice?

Hi,

I’m kinda doing it online I guess. My AP teacher is extremely poorly educated on the subject (though she’s been “teaching” it for 12 years?) so I’m doing a lot of self-study with Bozeman Science. He’s super knowledgable and is an actual AP Biology teacher. You can find his stuff on YouTube if you decide to take the class. It’s pretty easy if you have a good memory. AP Chemistry is easily much harder (it’s the second hardest AP class, second only to AP Physics C (both of them) in my opinion). I’m a junior and taking AP Chemistry and Honors Physics this year too along with AP Biology.

the labs are kinda important. the frq last year were heavily lab based. the first frq was literally the same as a lab we did in class.
