im planning to go to med school and they want you to retake the classes (ex: general chem, bio etc) in college. im taking ap chem, calc ab, and psychology right now. if im going to retake the class again next year, should i even take the exam? somebody please help

no. waste of money. make sure you do well in the class so it's really easy when you go to college the following year.

If I were you, I would take it, depending on the college you plan to go to. At my school, you can retake the class in college and get credits from the AP test too, so it's pretty nice. At other schools, they will not let you retake a class if you come in with AP credits, so you have to be careful of that.
