I took Chemistry (740) and World History (800) last year. I was thinking this year I would take Biology and US History IFFFFFFFF I need to take them.
Most colleges only require 2 SAT IIs, but I've heard that some take all of your scores and look at the best two.
I think I would do very well on US History and so-so on Biology. Should I take them?

PS I'm thinking of schools like Penn, Cornell, etc. but not HYP

I think one more might help, but more than 3 is probably unnecessary. If you feel confident about US History, then take that one to show off what you know, but there’s no reason to take Bio if you don’t think you’ll do amazingly; from what I know, 3 should be plenty.

I have never seen a college ask for more than 3. Keep in mind that if you take both US History and biology on the same day, and only do well on US history, you cannot send the USH score without the bio score. Scores for tests taken on the same day must be sent together.

The only reason to take Biology would be if you’re major is biology related (pre-med perhaps). However, your chemistry score should account for a test within your field of study.
