Should I take my SAT subject tests again?

Hi okay so I gave three SAT subject tests in november and I got 730 bio M, 770 Math 2 (sadly I ran out of time) and 790 in chem. I know the scores aren't amazing and the fact is, that I am applying to some of the ivy leagues, Stanford, the UCs, USC, Northwestern, a medical school in my country and HKU in Hong Kong. I have extra curriculars and I am in around three major leadership positions. My SAT 1 score was 750 reading, 780 writing and 800 math (2330). But I'm really disappointed with my SAT Subject test scores. My grades in school are mostly A's.

I just wanted to know if I should give them again in January. Will they really affect my chances negatively?
Thank youu in advance!

Scores are well within any range needed. They won’t be the reason for any possible rejection and taking again and getting higher would add little to nothing.
