Should I retake?

I have a 570 chem, 770 ush, and 700 lit. I'm planning to take bio e/m and math 2 this october.

Should I be retaking the SAT 2 chem instead? I believe I can get above 700s on bio and math. Also, I thought colleges only consider the highest SAT subject test scores.

UC’s only take the highest two, so does that mean I won’t be hurt by the 570 at all?

You know you can only take one of the Biology tests on one test date? I would try to increase the Chemistry but a Math Subject Test is pretty staple so it’s important as well.

^ yea, bio m most likely.

So I do need to retake chem?! That sucks, I’ve studied for bio and math 2, not chem this whole summer. I’m confident I can get a good score on math and bio

oh yea, thank god for score choice

I would try to do the chem also. That means you would be taking 3 subject tests in that day. And for score choice, you get to choose the test dates you send, not the individual tests from a date. So if you want to send any of the scores from that day, you will have to send all 3 scores…something to think about.

Good luck with your decision and scores!

That’s only true for SAT’s. You can send subject tests by test.

^ can anyone confirm this?

NOW, why would I need to take chem again IF I get/already have, for example:

770 USH
750 Math
750 Bio

???It confuses me, don’t colleges say they only consider the 3 or 2 highest scores???
