Should I take the biology sequence at my community college?

I am currently at community college. I hope to transfer by 2019 to a university and continue my education. My major is biochemistry. The conflict I am facing right now is whether to take the three 5 unit biology classes my community college offers. There is Botany, Zoology, and Cell and Molecular biology. I have no interest in the first 2 and they seem to require a lot of work. Zoology, for instance which I might be taking this semester involves tests, quizzes, 3 field trips, 2 big projects, and lab reports. The projects sound ridiculous to me, such as finding insects, and going out in the wild and finding an animal to study their behavior. I looked at the lower division biology classes the universities I am interested in, the classes they require to declare biochemistry major. Most of them only require 2 classes, or some even one class. And the classes seem to be more geared to molecular biology which I am interested in. So I have to decide whether to get these classes I am not very interested in over with at my community college and save some money, or take them at a university where they might be more interesting, less work and pay more money. What are your thoughts/advice?
