What classes should I be taking in Community College?

I want to maybe do a double major in Biology and Economics, or Biology and Biomedical Engineering. I'm currently attending my local community college as I can't afford a school right now. My current schedule is:

Principles of Cellular and Molecular Biology
General Physics I
Composition I
Elementary French I

What other classes would anyone recommend I take at my community college (assuming I stay there for another 2 or 3 semesters)? I'm scared that if I take more upper level biology courses like; Biology of Org. Human Anatomy & Physiology, Gen Chemistry I and II, etc.... I will be looked down upon by the adcoms.

Does anyone know the basic layouts of these majors and post the General Education requirements for them and recommend what classes I should take. I've been reading here that people take Gen Ed courses at community colleges and then transfer and take upper/towards their major courses at a 4 yr University.

My schedule for Freshman second semester is:

Composition II
Biology of Organisms
General Chemistry I w/Lab
Calculus I
Elementary French II

would this schedule be wise? Thanks for anyone who has advice to offer.

i you end up doing a double major in bio and BME, you will need to take almost all your pre med requirements are a CC (biology, g. chemistry, o chemistry, physics). If biology/econ, you can get away with taking physics at the 4 year.

unless you transfer as a sophomore or something, you will need those classes to justify you transferring and meeting those requirements.

also, most community colleges do not offer “upper level” classes in any field.
if you are worried, simply take the class when you are at the 4 year.

So I should take all the other Prerequisites at my Community College and wait to take Physics at the 4yr? If I wait to take most of the prerequisites at a 4 yr. I’ll end up taking the MCAT at the end of my Senior Yr. How does that work out? GAHHHHHH, Really stressed out right now. I don’t know what to do.
