I am an incoming high school junior and I took honors chemistry last year and took the subject test and got a 740. I am not pleased with this score because I wanted my science subject test to be above a 770. I am better at math and formulas than at memorizing things. Do I have a better chance at taking physics at the end of honors physics next year and getting an 800 or studying again to get an 800 in chemistry. How are curves? Plz halp.

I would recommend SAT Physics. The curve is much better (you can get quite a few questions wrong and still get a good score; I skipped 8 and still got 800).
