Should I take the Physics subject test in December if my regular Physics class ends in January?

How hard is the Physics subject test? My 11th grade Physics class ends in January, but there are no test dates between Jan and April. I don’t want to do it late, as I might forget. But I’m not sure if it’s good to try it before the class ends.

Would you recommend taking it in December with some study materials? And how are the curves on the test, I’ve heard they’re pretty good.

Depends upon the student, I guess.

Assuming the physics course covers most of the topics covered by the Subject Test, I’d personally find this preferable to waiting until May, but again, it’s personal preference.

Pretty generous, IMO.

What physics class are you taking? AP Physics 1 or AP Physics C or something else - not sure why it ends in Jan. if an AP so perhaps it is a college course?

Our school has half-year courses. It’s regular Physics but I’m planning to take Honors, which is just extra work.
