Should I try for Johns Hopkins?

JHU is one of the few really great colleges that don't look at Freshman Year (which I royally bombed). I have yet to take the ACT (I'm a Junior), but I am shooting for a 30 (I'm good at the English, Math, and Reading Section.). I have already taken the SAT Subject Test US History and got a 750. I'm planning to take Math II early next year. Here are my grades for Sophomore Year (I didn't get my Junior year grades back for the first semester---but I will give my best projections)

Sophomore Year-- 1st Semester-- AAAAAAABBBC
2nd Semester-- AAAAAABCC

Note: All the Bs but one, and all the C's were in non-academic subjects. I go to a religious private school where they have some religious classes, and they put it on the transcript for some odd reason. I doubt colleges will consider those.

Junior Year Projection for Semester 1--- AAAAAAABBB
Note: 2/3 Bs were from non-academic subjects. So were three of the As :(

My ECs: I'm in a club or two and plan to find something to do in the summer. Basically, OK but not impressive.

So if I get my goal on the ACT, should I try for JHU RD?

I would like to major in either History or Philosophy. All my History and English grades are straight As. So I am not applying for any super competitive science major.
