Should it be 3 or 4?

<p>Question: when 15 is divided by the positive integer k, the reminder is 3. For how many different values of k is this true?</p>

<p>the answer is 3 but i think there are 4 possibilities for k which are 2, 4, 6, and 12. is the answer wrong?</p>

<p>Sorry, there are only 3 possibilities. 15/2 gives you a remainder of 1, not 3.</p>
