Should quadruplet brothers apply to the same prestigious universities?

Wow!!! (Though not surprised). Congrats!!!

Everytime I check back, you guys have gotten into at least three more colleges lol.

Oh, and I also got into: Princeton, Wharton, Brown, and Columbia today but Yale gave us an insane amount of money… so it is highly likely that we all end up at Yale.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Okay, folks! Here is a comprehensive list of our Ivy results!

Each brother was accepted into every Ivy he applied to—words cannot even BEGIN to express how truly humbled and blessed we feel in this moment. Thank you all SO much for your positivity and support throughout this process!

Congratulations! I got into one Ivy, and I’m pretty happy about that

Enjoy your time at Yale and I hope you fulfill your aspirations.

Did you guys all get the financial aid you needed? Any front runners?

Yes! Yale gave amazing aid @suzyQ7 About 14k per year would be the final cost for us each after aid (no loans)-- a number that our family can certainly work with

Would Yale without ROTC be less expensive than Georgetown with ROTC?

Yes! @citymama9

Yale will be 14k per year without ROTC.

GU with ROTC is about 17k per year, plus the service obligation. Yale, with no strings attached will cost 14k. Georgetown SFS is good, but not good enough to turn down Yale (especially when it is cheaper to go to Yale).

You guys are actually insane, and all of those acceptances are absolute nonsense.
I wish I could have all those acceptances in my pocket next year

Wow, wow, wow! The best part is that you don’t have to do ROTC. You are free to do what you want when you graduate! Go to the first page of this thread and see your first post. It’s funny looking at it now. You were actually worried. What a great story and a great ending. Please let us know what everyone officially decides. I can’t imagine anything better than Yale for 14k though:)

Yale will be lucky to get all of you!

Have you all visited Yale? Does Yale have a major that each of you want or close to to what you want? I’m so excited, and I don’t even know you guys, lol.

I didn’t think I’d have any more admissions decisions to share with you guys until tomorrow, but I was mistaken—admitted to UC Berkeley! (I was the only brother who applied there.)

@Mr.Me do you want to go to Yale too?

Stanford is my top school on account of its Symbolic Systems major (among other things), @citymama9, but Yale offers an interdepartmental Computer Science and Psychology major that would be a wonderful alternative! I’m sure my brothers and I will be happy wherever we end up.

OMG again! So happy for you all! I’m a Yale alum (grad school). You will love it there! Only thing I regretted was not attending for UG as well. Cheers to you all!!!

I hate to put a damper on the excitement, but here goes, in the interest of fair and balanced reporting: Rejected from Tulane!

Wow. Well, at least you have other options much better than Tulane.
