<p>My son is working on his common application and we are stuck. He has a step-sister who is a Sr. in college and has never resided with us nor do we need to contribute to her college expenses (thanks to scholarships). He also has 2 younger half-brothers who do not reside with us (thanks to Father's remarriage). Does he list these siblings on the form?</p>
<p>Also, he is listing his dad (per instructions) on the form as parent 2 even though he is incarcerated. My son lives with myself and step-father. If we read correctly, this is notated in the "Additional Information" section after the writing component. Is this correct or do we just list his step-dad as parent 2. </p>
<p>For most college applications other than this (and the FASFA) his step-dad is recorded as father with no mention of biological dad.</p>
