Hey guys, I applied to Yale EA and was fortunate enough to become a Siemens Semifinalist. Obviously there is the rest of my application to consider, but with strong academics and extracurriculars (at least I think so lol), how much does this award help? Appreciate any feedback! Thanks again! 
@blueberrybagel It helps. How much does it help? Depends on the rest of your application. It won’t make up for low standardized test scores or GPA, but if the adcom was on the fence, it might be enough to tip the scales in your favor.
