Hi guys I signed up for 2 subject tests for may and now want to take 3. I called the collegeboard and the guy on the phone told me that I just go to the test center on the day of the test and say I want to take a 3rd test and they will give me one. Has anyone ever done this? Doesn't seem right to me because wouldn't they have the exact amount of tests that were registered for. I don't really want to spend time preparing for a third test taking away time for prepping the first two if I am not guaranteed the third test
Thanks for your help

Don’t worry it’ll be there. My question has been if I’ll be charged a late fee for adding the third test, but nobody has answered yet. Also, did the guy say anything about bringing a credit card?

Guy wasn’t too bright he said they’ll bill you at the beginning of the conversation and then after when I said should I bring a credit card he said they’d bill me… so I’m not sure I’m bringing one just in case. So they’ll definitely have extras ?

The guy was correct. You can easily take a third one. Several people did this when I took it. All of the subject tests are in one booklet, which every student gets. So every student has a copy of every subject test. Also, they will bill you for the additonal test afterwards, so you don’t need to bring your credit card.

Do they charge you a late fee or just the cost of the test?
