Silver, not Gray

This seems to be a reoccurring theme that I have seen several times in the various threads.
So, many people say that the color for 2013 is gray not silver.

My argument is thus:
Does this mean that the rings are gray and not silver?
Are the buttons on the blues gray, not silver?
Are the wings that many will get gray, not silver?

this can go on for a lot longer but I’ll leave it at this haha

So, my point is that we can all agree that 2013 (and 2009 for that matter i believe) have SILVER for their class color, not Gray. And when the Ring Dance comes around and people are getting their rings; when you are polishing any of the SILVER on the uniforms, just remember, its the color of 2013 and that it is silver not gray.

Hehehehe  This was fun haha

CHEERS!!

It doesn't matter. You are less than a four degree, so you are wrong. At least for the next two years... then we'll talk.

This color is clearly superior anyway.

touche touche... haha ;)

who spilt mustard on Petko's post? ;) and F22, you can't have class pride until you are actually a cadet, no offense.

Says who? Someone has to lead the way. And no offense taken. It was all in good humor anyway. Some people might enjoy it as something to have fun with which is the only reason for the post in the first place. It's just to have fun. :)

Now now F22... Lets not get them too angry at us BEFORE we get there ;)

Petko, with all do respect to your [faux] rank... there is NOTHING in the DoD that ranks less than a cadet and there is no military member that outranks any civilian so technically he is still higher ranked than you until 25 June... then the gloves come off and he (and I) become less than dirt.

I'll second Semper, I'd like for our color to be either grey(gray) or silver and not Black and Blue!

Oh no... Lets keep the humor in our posts. We don't wanna spawn a new type of "facebook/myspace basic"...

haha. yeah, blue, dont push it too far :)

No worries, I'm well aware of how unimportant I am. Even still, though, let the technicalities lie. Does an AB really outrank a firstie on the morning of his graduation? Do the people who clean the bathrooms here outrank the Chief of Staff?

I recommend you get a T-shirt made with that phrase in big bold letters and wear it to I-day.

Maybe on the back something like "state push-up champion" or the like. ;)

Hahahahaha!

I will be taking donations to wear that T-Shirt on I-Day...

Wow Luigi. In a innocent demented way, that is hilarious!

packermatt: I'm sure even twenty dollars and thirteen cents would be too little ;)

Luigi's post just reminds me of this thread http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/air-force-academy-colorado-springs/508076-not-so-serious-question.html.
I'm still kinda tempted to do something just barely out of the ordinary, nothing too big. Just enough to make a semi-decent story and a few extra pushups. Perhaps something with Klingon text?

Soaring Son went the "stealth route" to I-Day. Very wise decision for a Doolie!

haha... funny t shirts will always be better than smart-aleck ones. do NOT be the person that wears a "train this" tshirt... but if you wanna go funny, i say do it :)

"This better be good. I'm missing the opening night of Transformers 2"

The back will have Optimus Prime of course... :)

I'd go as far to bet the cadre will make it a point to go see the movie, then ruin it for us! I believe I remember hearing they did that with 2012 and "The Dark Knight"
