Sixth College GE questions

<p>I was looking at the CAT sequences and wanted some opinions on how they are. Are they difficult classes? How is the material that you learn? </p>

<p>Also, I see that there is an "art making" requirement for Sixth College. I am literally the most creatively inclined, inartistic, and uncoordinated person there is. I would be terrible in any of the classes that are listed, which include: theater, art, literature, music, and visual arts.</p>

<p>How are the art making classes? Are they graded on how well you produce something, or is it more graded on effort? Should I really be worrying this much about art making, or is it just something that's generally thought as easy?</p>

<p>i was looking at some art making courses and the one i noted that they aren’t that bad. then again, that’s concerning me. however, you might want to strongly consider music 1a [i think that’s what its called]. its a musical theory fundamentals class. they also have group lessons for those who play instruments. if you don’t, you can try other classes where they teach you bout the history of their subject, because art making does not necessarily mean you have to “make art”</p>
