hi! i'm a senior in high school about to make a big decision on where to apply ED round 2. i am very interested in studying theater with a concentration in directing or design/tech and i would like to double major in environmental stuides, or to be honest whatever else i find interesting. i have researched skidmore and muhlenberg and seen that they have good liberal arts theater programs. however, i am having trouble figuring out which college is a better fit for me, assuming i get in to both. i was wondering if college students at either college could describe the theater programs to me, and tell me all about the colleges in general, aka what the people are like, how difficult the classes are, what the surrounding area is like. i have visited both schools, and i think both schools have very nice campuses. please let me know as soon as possible! thank you so much.

I would recommend posting this on the school forums. Both are pretty small schools and I think you’d do better to target a more concentrated audience.

how exactly do i do that? im new to this website and im not really sure how to work it yet. thank you!

Go to “Colleges,” and then the alphabetical listings, and find the Skidmore and Muhlenberg forums there. Also, go “Discussion Home,” and then to “Majors” near the bottom of the page. There are separate forums on Theater and on Musical Theater, and the people who post there seem very knowledgeable.

I know the Skidmore theater program is highly regarded, but I don’t know how Muhlenberg compares.
