I hate to say it, but you won’t get in.

Chances seem kinda slim but if you want to apply, by all means go ahead.

Are you a senior now? Because if you are, you are already off to a late start for your ED application and it will look rushed seeing as you only have two weeks until the deadline. Having said that, Penn is not realistic - less than 10% chance. Don’t let that discourage you. They don’t admit people with perfect scores. Your SAT is too low and you have too many grades less than A. Unless you have some extenuating circumstance or a really unique story or are a highly sought after athlete, you would not be a realistic candidate for Penn or any of the Ivies. Having said that, there are a ton of non-Ivies, just as prestigious that you would be a candidate for. Check out places like Univ of Virginia, UNC Chapel Hill, Clemson, just to name a few.

BUMPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!

I second RoundGenius’ opinion, you won’t get in.

No hooks, below average test scores, GPA, and class rank (in comparison to their current class), mediocre ECs.

I don’t want to be a debbie downer, but I’m sorry, your chances are almost zero.

slim to none. Penn State maybe?

I think you answered your own question in the title.
