sloan

Sloan school of buisness for undergrads...how does this work? Do you have to apply to get into Sloan school of buisness or when you choose your major do you just choose buisness or finance?

It is one of the schools of the Institute. For undergraduates, MIT admits to the university not to the school, so you simply apply for admission, and then declare your major to be Course 15, Management ([MIT Course Catalogue: MIT Sloan School of Management](http://web.mit.edu/catalogue/degre.manag.ch15.shtml)). It doesn’t matter if you want to study Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics, Physics or Management, the application process is the same.

Mikalye is right. You can’t even declare a major until April of your freshman year :D
