Smart at a State School, or go bigger?

Hi! I’m a high school junior, and I was looking for some advice. I’m a very good student and very serious about college. I currently have a 4.3 GPA, and I do a lot of volunteer work. I started my first ever school library through money collected from the school’s recycling and I tutor kids in Spanish.
I’m extremely close to my family and I’m a bit of a home body, but I’m really looking for a new adventure. When I was a sophomore I became really interested in Sonoma State University. It’s near home and it’s a great school, but I feel like I can do better then that. I haven’t been working my butt off in school for nothing. I would want to stay on the west coast, and I really like the University of Puget Sound, but I’m also not a huge fan of the rain. I would love a medium sized school that would suit me well.

Any advice?
