It really depends on how good your credentials are and number of applicants. Common Data set for last year shows that about 12000 students applied and 52 % were admitted. About 3% of those people applied early decision and about 1/2 made it in. This data is from 2014-15. Of those who were put on the wait list later about 7% make it in. Worrying about it is not going to change a thing so just be patient.
