Snow Falling on Cedars

pride and prejudice is my favorite book ever!

um, probably the Great Gatsby. UGH. He talks about wanting sex all the time, and when he finally gets a prostitute, he doesn't even do it! I mean, I'm not for prostitution, but COME ON!! such a wimp! stop moaning about your pathetic life!

Mrs. Dalloway. End of thread.

Isn't that Catcher in the Rye?

haha pride and predjudice... wrote a whole assignment on it for english like 2 years ago and got 99% woot!

Micheal Ondaatje... I'm sorry Anil's Ghost? every page I read the book got longer.... it was NEVER ENDING! funny thing is, actually using it as my text for my essay...

amciw: oops! I was def. multitasking and not paying attention! LOL.

actually, come to think of it, I hated the Great Gatsby as well.

The Dictionary...
man what a drag.........

haha jk. i hated the scarlet letter. i didnt get what they were saying due to those hard words. but man did it help me a lot for the SATs...

These also top my list as worst:

The Grapes of Wrath

A Northern Lights

Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl

The invisible man

Ben Franklin's Autobiography

I loved Kidnapped. Read it in fifth grade. It was great, then again, that was fifth grade, and I probably, looking back, missed most of it.

Most of my hated books come from freshman year;
The Odyssey
Great Expectations
Romeo and Juliet (It has stupidest plot line I ever had to read. It's bad enough everyone quotes the play so much.)
The Little Prince (I don't even know why we were reading this. I read it in one night, and thought it was stupid.)

You guys read too much.

Agreed about Frankenstein! Have loved every other book.
