and want to know what my chances of getting into an ivy are.

any help? my bro got into yale early, but rejected from harvard. It just sort of reinforces my idea of the ivy's being a crap shoot....and it all comes down to luck. check my stats, etc. also, i feel i should mention that John berman (an intense math genius goes to my school and will be applying as to harvard and princeton...what effect do u think thatll have on me?

I LOL'ed at your title. XD

Even if you're both applying, I'd say that you have just as good a shot, since you seem to be very dedicated in each of your extracurriculars. Also, you have excellent test scores and a perfect GPA, so if you could write a great essay and get glowing recommendations, you'd be all set.

hmm ok, i dont want to be too pessimistic, but some of my friends are INSANE qualifications and got waitlisted...it was a little scary... does the fact that another kid, more qualified than i am, applies have any effect on whether or not i get in? will they take two from the same school? its not super big, 1600 id say....

With a legacy at harvard you have a good shot, but who knows.

quick ? about legacy, my parents were both GRAD students there, not undergrads....does this still qualify as legacy?
