<p>uci admissions take too long, they had from march 1</p>
<p>I got rejected from ucsd. However, my friend who is going to stanford believes that i deserve to get in and is willing to write a letter for me to give me his spot at ucsd. I've been hearing rumors about appeals and that it is possible for someone else to give you their spot if they write a letter for you? Can someone prove this rumor right or wrong? thanks</p>
