So, apparently an EC didn't go on my app... (Help?)

Long story short, since the course that music is listed under at my school is highly ambiguous (it sounds more like a music theory class than an actual 'band' course), my counselor said that she would explain both the official course on my transcript, and my involvement in the music program in the same letter, freeing up a space for an activity on the Common App.

Today, I learned that she forgot to do it, and I'm somewhat concerned, since my commitment to music is a substantial EC (not enough to write an essay on, but I play five instruments), and it isn't mentioned on my application.

I want to include it, but at the same time, I don't want to be seen as unprepared or troubling admissions with small matters. Any advice as to what I should do?

(I've already applied SCEA, by the way...)

I forgot some of my ECs as well on the common app so I uploaded an expanded resume in the portal

Did you submit any of the same ECs on your resume that you listed on Common App? I’m still confused as to how I should format such a resume.

Any other suggestions?

Ask the counselor to send a follow up letter to include the information she neglected to include the first time. She can send it directly to the colleges you are applying to.
