All right, I'm a bit freaked out right now because I'm a QB finalist and, although I decided to not participate in the Match process and told QB of this, I don't think Stanford knew so an admissions officer sent me an email asking if I was still interested in the Match.
I answered this email half asleep this morning and thought the email came from QB not Stanford, so I let them know of my application status as well as the fact that I would still be interested in applying to varius colleges through QB RD.
Will this have any bearing on my application? Will they just reject me outright?! Maybe I'm overreacting, but I'm still a bit scared.

Anyone? Or am I overreacting?

So is it safe to say that no replies means it's nothing to worry about?

Is QB quarterback? Hard to reply if we don't understand your abbreviations.

noooo it means questbridge
unfortunately i have no expertise on this
=/

QB is QuestBridge, scholarship program which matches low-income students to a top university. Does the fact that I let them know that I'll be applying to ther colleges hurt me?

I think most schools would assume that students would apply to more than one U because it is unrealistic to ASSUME you will be accepted at a school like Stanford, which is a reach for everyone.

wait
i might know a lil.
it MIGHT, because the program, from what i hear, is really competitive
soooo maybes
ask yo guidance counselor

^ She probably won't know.

All right, thanks guys. I guess I'll just hope for the best...

One last question: is an admissions counselor an admissions oficer?

post this on the QB thread, someone there might be able to help you

No worries (I think). I sent her a reply in which I explained that I mistankingly thought the email had come from QB and reassured her that Stanford was my first choice college. She replied and said it was fine. She wasn't confused by my reply.
