So...do the parties stop after a few weeks?

I couldn't sleep two nights straight because of people walking and talking loud (drunk?) past my window...not to mention the blaring music and the cars (and the damn frats). gotta get earplugs.

lol. aw.

Nope.

It might slow down a little when it gets closer to midterms/finals. But parties are pretty consistant, especially on your side of Westwood.

(but since it's rush week I'm sure there have been many more parties over there than there normally will be. It won't be 7 nights a week. It'll probably be more like 2-3 nights/week).

my question is, will the parties START after a few weeks? Im in Hitch, its ok and my roomies are cool but the place is generally dead and I get the impression the vast majority of campus is too.

once the frats sort it out, im expecting great things!

I just want to get some sleep dagnabit....it's not easy being an engineering major :(

hitch was quite active last night..

and londonboy i think we're neighbors

hmm...yea last night there were a bunch of asian kids gathered to get on a school bus...*** was that? and was that in hitch?

Yes, the parties do stop after a few weeks. Take it easy!

Hitch... Loud... You must be confused.

Just join the party, Citan.

Haha sorry man, it doesn't really slow down that much. It hasn't even really kicked in that much yet to be honest with you. Frats are dry (at least supposed to be) during rush week haven't really started throwing their big parties. I'm not sure if freshmen have even found their "group" of friends yet. But things do start centering more around Thursday/Friday/Saturday once class starts kicking in. I live on a very busy corner though and usually don't have trouble sleeping (I am a late sleeper though).

And Hitch... yea... it'll never be loud out there. It's far and they're suites. You've got to make some friends outside of there.

i live in the university apartments area...there is a party seriously every night...been having people knock on our door late at night asking us to join their party hehe...

I'm so jealous of you guys...

What I'm annoyed about are the random car alarms that go off at like 3 in the morning. Since I live by Landfair. :/

Ooh and the sirens! what the hell was that about last night?

well, i live on wilshire and there's sirens EVERY freakin hour.

yea the siren was strange...was that a fire truck? at least the chicks are hot

Yeah Citan it is hard to resist them parties but I understand your situation, since your an engineering major. Im a math major and Ive been partying almost everyday but I need to seriously stop if I want to do good in my classes.

The parties are most likely thrown by north campus majors.
