<p>I always walk briskly. That’s actually good exercise, even if you’re not trying to work out. I also roller skate quite a bit, which when done briskly, is good cardio. Plus I play basketball with friends sometimes.</p>

Yeah, I’m slightly overweight, haha. My bodyfat% is like, 20. Not what I want to be at but waaay better than freshman year. I do about an hour of cardio twice a week, weightlifting another two days, and go biking for an hour or two on the other days. Honestly I should be lighter than I am based on my exercise, but I like eating a lot :D</p>

<p>I run for an hour every morning, do push-ups/sit-ups/etc. for half an hour, sail for about 5 hours, and play soccer for an hour and a half every evening. Also on the weekends, when I’m not sailing, I walk/jog for about 3 hours.</p>
