I know! I have already declared my major in accounting. However, I am thinking about double majoring AND a minor, as required by my parents. (Please don't ask why). But I'm not sure which one should I take that helps me the most in the future. I am interested in all of them, so don't worry about I was forced to pick these majors.

So here are the combinations:

(1) Accounting and Applied Math
(2) Accounting and Actuarial Science
(3) Accounting and Political Science
(4) Accounting and Legal Studies
(5) Accounting and Economics
(6) Accounting and Mathematics

With a minor in...
(1) French Studies?
(2) Criminal Justice?
(3) Decision Analysis?

Please help me out here, Thank You! You could simply write, for example, (1) and (2).

if you absolutely HAVE to double and minor (makes no ****ing sense for Law school, as this will lower your GPA, and GPA and LSAT are king for law school admission), go with the easiest combination, which will likely be 3/4+2.

but again, if you’re set on law in general, pick something easy. accounting isnt a major that should be taken likely. doubling with math would be a very very dumb idea if you want the highest possible GPA.

Don’t go to college now - wait until you are 24 and no longer required by federal law to get parental permission for financial aid. Then make your own choices. Your current path of being bogged down by parental interference will likely lead to disaster.

I am a tax attorney. You do NOT need to double major or minor in anything. However, if you are forced to develop a major or minor, I would take every accounting course that you can, especially tax courses, and minor in criminal justice or in a writing type of major to improve your reading and writing skills. Philosophy is a good choice for this.
