So I Would Have Gone to Yale, But...

I went XYZ!!! It was fun, but...well, I'm sure you've seen my complaints about WashU lol. But I like WashU, for sure, just not as much as Yale.

WashU's financial aid really tempted me, but St. Louis?

Sorry, I want to live in a place that has more things.

^^^^^^woah...i just read that...
ok, unless you live in NYC, Boston, Chicago, or one of those major metropolis cities, you have no room to talk...stl's downtown sucks and everyone from other cities always b****** about it constantly, but if you wonder a few miles west or south you'll find all the things that makes STL the city with the most free stuff to do in the country (also the metropolitan area has a population of nearly 3 million. So theres got to be some stuff going on)...

Why am I defended St. Louis, I want to get out of here! I dont want to go to Wash U b/c of its location either, so i guess we both have that in common.

ok, back to the purpose of this thread...

So I would have gone to Yale, but I'm going to start a band called The IV Rejects
(ok, so that wasnt that great (though theres some truth behind it), but at least i tried)

Ahh.. I see... I V Rejects.
I read that as the "Four Rejects."

now it can work on 2 levels....

Haha only a CC-er would read "The IV Rejects" in terms of Roman numerals xD

i actually wrote a poem for a class discussion today and wrote "scea" instead of "sea" at one point, but when i explained it was just a little joke i did, everyone told me no one would ever get the reference.....

Obviously not a single CCer in that class

Aww! Yeah, one of us would have picked it up in a second ;)

I would have gone to Yale, but would I really want to go to Bush's Alma Matter?
surprisingly--this has made me feel tons better as I face the inevitable
