Dear Bio 1AL Student,

This email is to confirm two changes regarding the posting for Bio 1AL
in the schedule of classes. Lab exam 1 will be held on Friday night
10/23 from 6:30-8:30 PM (not Wed 10/21). The vertebrate anatomy lab
will be held that week, in addition to the lab exam 1. This is
unavoidable due to the Veterans Day holiday on Nov. 11th. On the
bright side there will be no lab held the week of November 9th due to
the veterans holiday. The Bio 1AL lab lecture will be webcast for Fall
2009. In addition the Bio 1A lecture will also be webcast.

Sincerely,

I heard they started doing this thing where they showed like the last half only though to get kids to go…:(

lol are you friggn serious? can someone confirm/deny this???

I got that email too.

There goes the hope of waking up before 8a. haha.

so can someone confirm if they only broadcast half the lectures? :(

maybe it depends on how many people go? cuz when i heard the sophomores talking last year, they were talking about how people weren’t going…

yep i got the email too. im excited.

Are they any other classes that are gonna be webcasted in the fall?

every semester has a handful of classes that get webcasted. you can see which ones they are here: [UC Berkeley Webcasts | Video and Podcasts: Spring 2009 Courses](<a href=“Webcast and Legacy Course Capture | Research, Teaching, and Learning”>Webcast and Legacy Course Capture | Research, Teaching, and Learning)

currently they aren’t listing the ones for this fall, but you can check back through each semester to see what has been webcasted to get an idea of what will be webcasted.

well i think a lot of classes are not going to be webcasted this year because they need to save money (budget crisis)
