<p>University of Northern Colorado comes in at about $28,000 - this is a BA program (with a BFA-like curriculum). They have scholarships for WUE students (1 and half in state tuition) and other out of state scholarships that can bring the cost down to about $22,000-24,000/year. These are rough estimates. The program is well funded as it has been recognized as a “Colorado Program of Excellence by the Colorado Commission on Higher Education.” No cuts that I am aware of - although they could use some upgrading in the facilities department…</p>

<p>I just asked that question to a professor who recently left the theatre department at Fullerton and she said the school is really pushing this program as a top tier MT/Acting program - hence the audition admittance requirements for incoming freshman this year for both the Acting and MT track. </p>
<p>She is quite certain they will be exempt from locality limitations the other state schools will be facing… </p>
<p>However, now that this is an audition base program it has become very competitive to get into.</p>
