<p>Im the girl with the British accent! I am having major troubles choosing my university though so any help from you all is very welcome. My current choices are: engineering at cambridge, MIT or Brown. And I still have not clue! I want to do engineering [i think] or maybe architecture but still do quite a lot of courses in the humanities. I think I am leaning towards MIT cos at CPW it seemed like such an exciting place [after you get over the initial overwhelming feeling!]. Any opinions? [especially Kellas cos I guess u are kinda making the same choice...]</p>

<p>I live in London - so yep i do live in england. And yep I did apply to cambridge and got a place at magdalene college [which is a cute little one by the river] But it looks currently like im gonna turn them down for MIT, which is something I thought I would never say!</p>

<p>personally for me, i would like a change of environment. so... from california to massachusetts!!! yay. so excited. maybe i won't be so excited when "I'M GOING TO BE IN MA FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS" actually hits me.</p>
<p>yeah...I was actually deciding between Caltech and MIT for like two weeks! I chose MIT at last, of course; a reason is that I never touched and felt real snow in my life; I am so exciting now to go to MIT!!!</p>
<p>When does it start snowing at Cambridge? Do people ride bikes very often at MIT?</p>
<p>We usually get our first real snowstorm right before the end of fall term; it often snows a little in November, too.</p>
<p>Yes, lots of people ride bikes at MIT -- the campus is very long, so it's useful to ride a bike if you want to go from one end to the other very quickly.</p>
