So Two Blondes walk into a building (UCB and UCLA Chance :D)

So two blondes walk into a building, you'd think one of them would have seen it coming.
Anyways, I hope that was enjoyable. No offense to blondes, it was just an easy joke to remember.

I want to apply to UCLA and Cal, and I'm asking for constructive criticism as a way to relieve some stress.

I want to apply to a Computer Science and Engineering Major at UCLA, and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley.

Any feedback would help me tremendously, and thank you in advance for taking the time to read this thread!

i honestly don’t think you’ll have a problem at all getting into either of those schools.

Total match.

SAT I is average at best, but everything else is good to go.

Thanks guys :)

Wow, I was basically exactly you 4 years ago. I am currently a 4th year computer science major at UCLA.

I had a 4.0 unweighted GPA applying to UCLA, though I received two B’s the last semester (which doesn’t matter)

31 ACT
620 Chem and 750 Math in SAT II
Identical AP classes, and extra curricular ******** like NHS, club leader etc.
I did have 4 years of orchestra; however, I never played competitively in regional/state stuff.

I ended up getting admitted to both Berkeley and UCLA Computer Science.

HOWEVER, I applied as an OUT OF STATE student with NO financial aid. This may make a big difference, since schools want $$$$.

Good luck though! I think you have a chance in getting in at least one.

Haha that’s legit  that’s great to know!!
