Williamstown...
Is there anything to do? I am kind of worried because I'm from Los Angeles and going from everything to nothing.... haha but I am seriously considering Williams. I went on the website and all I found were culture stuff and maybe 2 stores. I hear there is a Walmart but come on.. no mall? no ikea? Is anyone else worried? I guess I will find out soon b/c I'm going to visit for the Multicultural thing but do we get to visit the town while we're there??

Williams is the town of Williamstown. The main street is basically the only street through the college. There are a few stores and restaurants there including Indian food, Thai, a Grille, a sandwiche place and a new grocer... and in Lee there is a factory outlet shopping place... About 15 minutes away there is a little bit of a strip mall... and North Adams has some good restaurants and Mass Moca there is culta nearby!... Not that Billsville doesn't have culture... Williams College Art museum has an incredible collection of work and the Clark has the largest Renoir collection in the country!! plus, Williams students have class :)

There's no Ikea... Only one in the region... Down in New Haven, CT.

And I think there is a K-Mart in addition to Wal-mart :)
