hey everyone !
what exactly does superscored mean ?
i’m so confused… haha
if our scores are “superscored” then will colleges receive the original or “superscored” sat score ? hahah

Was hoping for higher but all are higher than my May scores. I’m not retaking.

CR 680 (gain of 20 points)
Math 610 (all I wanted was to get into the 600s )
Writing 650 (gain of 20 points)

Expected: CR 750, M 800, W 750
Actual: CR 800, M 800, W 760

For CR I just kept practicing the tests from the Official SAT Study Guide (Blue Book) and read some of the strategies up here but I ultimately found my own strategy. I adapted the strategy of reading the questions ahead of time to find number markings to mark in the passage and I played devil’s advocate while determining the correct answers while crossing out the incorrect answers. I think the strategies up on here are good (Xiggi’s, Arachnotron’s, Silverturtle’s, etc) but I think the best strategy will be a personal strategy. Hope this helps.

I got 2400 wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot

HELL YEAH.

I got 1920 the first round and 2320 for this round.

800 Math, 770 CR, 750 Writing.

M: 730
CR: 690
W: 700
2120

Which brings my superscore to a 730M, 710CR, 800W (2240).

what the hell was the reading curve…does anyone know ?
i thuoght reading was difficult…and i did pretty well…but i got a horrible score =(
are the test graders EVER wrong? i really don’t wanna take my SAT again Dec of my Senior year…

2220! I’m so happy right now. October was my second time taking it, and this time around I was nearly 200 points higher than my May test. Yes!

Critical reading was pretty tough for the last one, though. Writing and Math were nice.

im sad. CR- 630 (improved by 60 points)
math- 720(decreased by 40 points. Was too cocky thought i had it.)
writing- 680(increase by 80 points MC-68 essay was a 9).
Weird i usually get mid 2100 on practice tests. Guess it was the test anxiety. I guess no ivy would accept me. Btw im from mongolia :(

CR-690 (higher than all my practice tests)
M-730 (lower than most of my practice tests)
W-710 (higher than all of my practice tests)
E=9 (never expected this?)

2130, awesome!!!

i find it funny that everyone with these high scores neglected to see this thread was from 09 :D

My subject tests scores aren’t out yet. D:

is 1570/1600 for sat2 good enough for harv, yale, p’ton?

770 CR
690 M
750 W
8 E
2210 C

Should be good enough for National Merit. This was my first time taking it, and I didn’t bother with studying because I already have good ACT scores.

My daughter scored (first time takiing as a Junior):
CR 800
Math 690
W 800
…hoping that is good enough for English/theater major, even for an Ivy league

2400!!!

80 MC, 9 essay :P

What is “MC”?

^Multiple Choice, as opposed to the essay.

I got a 2350!
(lost 50 in Math, 80 MC and 10 essay)
I’m super happy, especially because I had previously gotten a 770 in Math.

Nothing special here

Reading: 590
Writing: 590
Math: 710

Total: 1890

Hopefully the December exam would turn out to be better
