Oct 28 SAT Reasoning...

So how did your SAT go today? Weren't all the math sections unusually easy?

yeah math was simple..... and essay i think i did well (10+)... writing was so so.... reading was also so so.......i can't really predict a score.

Its really weird.... i can never predict a result... even when i take practice tests...... like when i take 2 tests... i feel the exact same about my performance in both.... but i might end up w/2000 in one and 2200 in the other.... so i gotta wait and see.... when are scores coming out?

as far as i know, our scores are being expedited for release along with the results of Oct 14.. we can expect them on nov 2 or nov 8..

Wow.....thats like 5 days... seriously?
And btw... did u manage to ask Verma for the recco?

this was the same SAT as last november, except for the essay.

ah!

The same test as lat nov... has CB ran out of questions.??

what are you guys talking about?.....how is there an SAT today? it's next saturday

it was a make-up for 10/14, and we get our scores on thursday.

oh ok...i didn't know that it was posssible to take a make-up

I thought it was a little hard...what was up with that physics passage? the grid-ins were annoying. anyone wanna start a discussion thread?

sure (10 chars)

grid-in... f(3)+f(1) = ??

oh and the passage about the house...with the lady and her father...what was the jist of that? gah i cant remember specifics right now. grrr. u got any?

look at the november 5th '05 SAT discussion thread from last year, it was the exact same CR I took then. I remember "views of the countryside", irony of consciousness, and that they knew that the house would mark a separation.

the same paper?? geez...

so the remodeling of the house marks a break up between the father and the daughter? i didnt mark it coz i thought it was too strong...

grid-in... f(3)+f(1) was 11...

was the math section with the 'scatter plot that deviates lineraly' experimental?

nevermind, I think I was wrong about the girl and her father, grrr. they were trying to please eachother. I don't remember why I didn't choose that. can you recant the question? I want to discuss further.
